We communicate with you primarily through WhatsApp and email, ensuring fast, reliable responses throughout your project. During the design phase, you will work closely with one of our designers to ensure every detail of your design is captured exactly as you envision it. We encourage you to review our Design Packages beforehand so you fully understand how your design will be visualized. If anything is unclear at any point, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Internally, we use an integrated system to track your project as it moves through each manufacturing stage. We are actively expanding and refining this system so that updates can eventually be shared with you automatically. While this automation is still in development—as our team adapts to new workflows—our goal is to have this fully implemented by mid-2026. Until then, please feel free to contact us at any time for updates if you have not yet received one.

Our back-office and design teams are located in Colombia, while our manufacturing facility operates in Toa Baja, Puerto Rico. All projects are managed and tracked from start to finish through our ERP system, allowing us to coordinate efficiently across locations. Because of this setup, we successfully support clients both on and off the island, including fully remote projects.
