If You Supply the Material

You may provide your own material, either by dropping it off at our shop or arranging delivery to our warehouse.

Because we operate with limited storage space and to preserve the quality of your material, we only accept customer-supplied material once the design has been fully approved and is ready for execution.

Any delivery or drop-off must be coordinated in advance.

A standard installation fee applies when you supply your own material.

For materials thicker than 1/8" or large-volume deliveries, a Heavy Weight Fee will be applied. These loads require coordinated handling, including the use of a forklift and additional personnel to manage the material safely and efficiently.

If We Supply the Material

We can also source the material for you.

Material provided by Quick Metal Shop carries a 30% markup, which covers procurement, handling, and quality verification.

When we supply the material:

• No installation fee is charged
• We store the material directly in our warehouse
• We manage the entire procurement process to ensure accuracy and availability

We offer an hourly rate for laser cutting services. This rate includes:

• Loading and unloading sheets for cutting onto and off the cutting table/tube holder
• Laser setup (layer loading, configuration, etc.)
• Partial dry-run execution
• Real-time laser cutting
• Removal of completed cut material

Please note Laser Cutting is as is. Deburring and/ or polishing/ sanding is an option for an additional fee. 

Please also note that we reserve the right to adjust the initial estimate if the final cutting time exceeds what was originally calculated. This may occur when the estimate was provided without a DXF file or when changes made during the design process result in a more complex pattern or increased cutting time. Any such adjustments will be communicated to you prior to execution to ensure transparency and alignment.

We provide in-house powder coating for projects up to 35 inches, and for larger pieces, we work with a trusted partner facility to ensure the same high-quality results.
