Basic Design Package
1 - 3 Business Days
Ideal for resizing existing patterns into four to 10 sizes, adding bending or simple weld details, or converting simple artwork or logos (PDF, JPG, PNG) into clean, laser-cut-ready files. - Advanced Design Package 3 - 5 Business Days A fully custom design created from your vision—built from a picture or sketch when no digital file exists, including schematic setups for gates, fences, and more, with up to three revision rounds for a perfect final result.
- Premium Design Package 3 - 7 Business Days Our Premium Design Package includes all features of the Advanced Package and a detailed rendering that shows your design exactly as envisioned within its ideal environment.

Hourly Design Package
1 - 3 weeks (Custom)
Hourly design packages cover custom solutions and reverse engineering for products not previously designed, with upfront estimates that may adjust as feedback is integrated throughout the process.

Manufacturing Plans (Basic)

Once Design has been approved - Manufacturing Plans outline the essential cutting, bending, and simple welding steps, including the laser files needed to move a straightforward design into production.
- Manufacturing Plans (Advanced) 1 - 3 weeks Once Design has been approved - Manufacturing Plans provide detailed instructions, laser files, and fabrication guidance for projects requiring complex cutting, bending, welding, assembly, and multi-component production.

3 - 4 weeks Jobs exceeding 35 inches are powder coated by a partner facility. We have plans to bring all powder coating in-house and are actively working toward making this capability available soon. -
High Volume
3 - 4 week (Custom)
For most high-volume jobs, our partner facility has been able to complete powder coating within the same 3–4 week timeline; however, this may increase depending on their production volume.
