Resize Pattern Package
3 - 5 Business Days We adapt any of our existing designs to your required dimensions, providing 1–3 size variations for quick, accurate adjustments without full custom design work. This is the equivalent of approx. 15 min of design work. If more updates are needed there will be a charge of $60 for each additional hour. We will reach out to you prior to commencing the work. -
Basic Design Package
3 - 5 Business Days
Ideal for resizing existing patterns into four to 10 sizes, adding bending or simple weld details, or converting simple artwork or logos (PDF, JPG, PNG) into clean, laser-cut-ready files. This package includes approximately 1 hour of design work. If additional time is required, we will contact you to discuss the cost before moving forward. This is the equivalent of approx. 1 hour of design work. If more updates are needed there will be a charge of $60 for each additional hour. We will reach out to you prior to commencing the work. - Advanced Design Package 5 - 10 Business Days A fully custom design created from your vision—built from a picture or sketch when no digital file exists, including schematic setups for gates, fences, and more, with up to three revision rounds for a perfect final result. This is the equivalent of approx. 2 hours of design work. If more updates are needed there will be a charge of $60 for each additional hour. We will reach out to you prior to commencing the work.
- Premium Design Package 5 - 10 Business Days Our Premium Design Package includes all features of the Advanced Package and a detailed rendering that shows your design exactly as envisioned within its ideal environment. This package includes approximately 3 to 4 hours of design work. If additional time is required, we will contact you to discuss the cost before moving forward.

Hourly Design Package
1 - 5 weeks (Custom)
Hourly design packages cover custom solutions and reverse engineering for products not previously designed, with upfront estimates that may adjust as feedback is integrated throughout the process.

Shop Drawings (Basic)
5 - 10 Business Days
Once Design has been approved - Shop drawings outline the essential cutting, bending, and simple welding steps, including the laser files needed to move a straightforward design into production.
- Shop Drawings (Advanced) 2 - 4 weeks Once Design has been approved - Shop drawings provide detailed instructions, laser files, and fabrication guidance for projects requiring complex cutting, bending, welding, assembly, and multi-component production.

Most volume-production jobs have been completed within 5 to 15 business days; however, this timeline may increase depending on overall production volume.

Gates, Pergola's, Fences etc
3 - 4 weeks Jobs exceeding 35 inches are powder coated by a partner facility. We have plans to bring all powder coating in-house and are actively working toward making this capability available soon. -
High Volume
3 - 4 week (Custom)
For most high-volume jobs, our partner facility has been able to complete powder coating within the same 3–4 week timeline; however, this may increase depending on their production volume.
